- Information you give us directly - when you fill out our Consultation form, contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email, or apply to become a distributor, we may collect your full name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, state and country, the health or wellness concern you select or describe, and any additional details you choose to share.
- Distributor account information - if you apply for and are approved as a distributor, we collect your business name, contact person, delivery address, and order history in order to operate your wholesale account.
- Information collected automatically - limited technical information such as browser type and general device information, collected only where strictly necessary to operate the website securely. See our Cookie Policy for full detail.
2. How We Use Your Personal Information
- To respond to your consultation request or enquiry
- To recommend products suited to the concern you've shared with us
- To process and fulfil orders, including wholesale orders placed by approved distributors
- To review and manage distributor applications and accounts

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

At the time of writing, PrimeNature's website does not set any cookies, analytics trackers, or automated data collection tools - including on our admin and distributor portals, which currently use a temporary sign-in flow with no persistent session cookie. If we introduce cookies in future - for example, a session cookie to keep an authorized user signed in, or a privacy-respecting analytics tool - we will update this section and our Cookie Policy first.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction - including restricting access to distributor and order data to authorized personnel only, and securing our systems with industry-standard safeguards as our platform is developed. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, provide services to you, maintain your distributor account, or comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Third-Party Services
We work with a small number of third-party services to operate our business, each of which processes personal data only as needed to provide their service to us:
- WhatsApp / Meta - when you submit our Consultation form or contact us via WhatsApp, your details are sent directly to our team through WhatsApp's messaging platform, which has its own privacy practices governing message transmission.
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers - used to keep our website and portals online and secure.
We do not share your information with any other third party for marketing purposes.
7. Your Rights
Under the NDPA, you have the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you
- Request a copy of your data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
